Investment Risk

Investment Risk is the probability that the return from an investment is lower than expected.

The investment risk can be decomposed in:

1. Credit Risk: the borrower doesn't have the funds to repay.
2. Inflation Risk: the inflation rate rises unexpectedly.
3. Currency Risk: the exchange rate fluctuates.

Index Fund
